Welcome to the Texas 4-H recordbook forms online! The 4-H program has initiated a new structure in how members can input and maintain their 4-H project records. This new record keeping system allows members to input information at any time throughout the year.

 

To get started, click on the "Login" button on the left side of the page, or view one of the instructional pages if this is your first time on the site.

 

While we encourage you to roam around and experiment with the site, please note that the format for all forms will not be finalized until October 15, 2011. After that point, we encourage all members to begin keeping track of their activities. Additional details and instructions will be made available after this date.

 

Extension agents will also have the opportunity to receive online training in October and November. Recordings will be made available to everyone following those trainings, and will be linked on this site.
